Duties
- Perform a variety of hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
- Upsell retail hair care products and additional services to enhance client experience
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized salon environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a Barber
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele
- Expertise in hair styling techniques for men, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon setting
- Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to client needs and provide professional advice
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction
- Experience managing front desk operations such as scheduling, check-in/out procedures, and retail sales is preferred
- A friendly demeanor, professionalism, and a passion for the beauty industry are essential qualities for success in this role
Pay: $2,980.00-$3,100.00 per month
