About the Role
Upper Edge Property Management is seeking reliable, skilled handyman and maintenance vendors to support ongoing work across our residential property portfolio. This is a subcontractor opportunity for individuals or small teams interested in consistent, flexible work assignments.
Scope of Work
Work may include (but is not limited to):
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Drywall patching and painting
- Minor plumbing and electrical fixes (non-licensed where applicable)
- Door and lock repairs/replacements
- Appliance troubleshooting and basic repairs
- Unit turnover maintenance (cleaning prep, touch-ups, minor repairs)
- Exterior maintenance as needed (fencing, railings, etc.)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Professionalism when attending tenant-occupied units
- Ability to provide invoices for completed work
- Liability insurance (Required)
