Due to rapid growth, Solange Medical Aesthetics is expanding our Hamilton team. We are a results-driven, fast-paced medical spa specializing in advanced laser and skin treatments, with a strong focus on client experience and performance-based success.
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and sales-driven Medical Aesthetician who is confident in treatments and thrives in a performance-based environment. This role requires someone who is comfortable recommending and closing treatment packages and delivering services to a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional treatments including:
- Laser hair removal (full face & body)
- Advanced facials and skin treatments
- Chemical peels and skin rejuvenation services
- Body contouring treatments (if trained)
- Conduct thorough consultations and confidently recommend and sell treatment packages
- Educate clients on services, packages, and aftercare
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets (services and retail)
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Ensure clinic cleanliness and compliance standards are upheld
- Assist with front desk duties as needed (booking, client communication, payments)
Qualifications (Required)
- Certified Medical Aesthetician
- Proven sales experience (mandatory) – must be comfortable closing packages and upselling services
- Minimum 1 year experience in a medical spa or clinic setting preferred
- Experience with laser technology is a strong asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Must be comfortable treating all clients, including all genders and body areas
- Availability for evenings and weekends
