About Us:
At Nuway Counselling, our core vision is a world where families are happy and close, and children grow up in loving relationships. Driven by our deeply held mission to eliminate childhood trauma, we are a dedicated bilingual counselling clinic committed to providing compassionate, professional, and culturally sensitive mental health services across the Lower Mainland.
But our mission doesn't stop with our clients. We believe that to take incredible care of others, we have to take incredible care of each other. We have built a team culture that is fun, open, and deeply collaborative. When you walk into our offices, you will find an environment where communication flows freely, laughter is welcome, and a friendly, rockstar admin team is always there to handle the logistics so you can focus on what you do best.
We are seeking a Clinical Team Lead who genuinely aligns with these values. If you appreciate strong team support, thrive in a private practice setting, and are genuinely passionate about helping other therapists grow, you will fit right in.

You will manage workload distribution, oversee clinical standards and compliance, and collaborate with leadership to maintain an effective, client-centered service environment. A primary focus will be coaching and mentoring clinical staff, students, and clinicians to develop their critical thinking, assessment, and analysis in the client’s best interests.
