Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our busy family dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Duties
- Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals.
- Diagnose dental conditions through clinical evaluation and radiographs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Skills
- Proficiency in all aspects of dentistry.
- Experience working with pediatric patients.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
- Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred; however, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and interact with patients of all ages.
- Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple patient cases efficiently.

Pay: $1,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
