We’re hiring a Heavy Diesel / Agricultural Service Technician for our Tilbury location. This role is primarily in-shop with occasional road service when needed.
Pay & Benefits
- $36–$44/hour (based on experience and licensing)

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair agricultural and heavy equipment (diesel, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical)
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area
- Communicate clearly with the service team on findings and repair recommendations
- Provide a great customer experience that builds loyalty
What We’re Looking For
- Heavy equipment or agricultural experience required
- Strong diagnostic skills (efficient troubleshooting, not just parts swapping)
- Confident working on diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Own tools required
Licensing (Preferred)
- 421A Heavy Duty Equipment Technician (preferred)
- 310T Truck & Coach Technician (preferred)
- 425A Agricultural Equipment Technician (asset)
