Tasks and functions:
- Comply with all company policies, procedures and security standards;
- Directly supervise the grading team;
- Knowledge and experience in project management, including excavation, grading, surveying and final excavation work;
- Read, understand and interpret drawings and specifications;
- Complete time and production reports;
- Communicate professionally, including but not limited to supervisors, teammates, contractors, customers and suppliers;
- Attend to any other duties requested by the foreman
Requirements:
- College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or Bachelor of Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Understand production and quality requirements
- Very good communication and teamwork skills
- Autonomous, rigorous with a spirit of initiative
- Adequate physical capacity for the position
- Have a valid driver's license
