Job Description:
We are seeking reliable, caring, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Cleaning Technician. This role involves deep cleaning and maintaining residential homes according to our high standards and detailed procedures. You will work regularly as part of a team, and we require a positive attitude, great communication, and a commitment to professional conduct.
Essential Responsibilities
- Follow all company processes, procedures, and proprietary checklists to ensure tasks meet company standards 100% of the time.
- Maintain a strict commitment to arrival times and service windows. Reliable attendance is critical to team flow and client trust.
- Direct all operational concerns, scheduling questions, or workplace feedback exclusively to management through official channels. We prioritize a clear, solutions-oriented communication style.
- Deliver high-quality results with consistent attention to detail, whether working in a collaborative pair or operating independently.
- Follow all safety guidelines and ensure the total confidentiality of client information and home security.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of supplies, equipment, and company vehicles throughout each shift.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Saskatchewan Driver's License and have a reliable personal vehicle for travel between job sites.
- Must be available Monday through Friday, starting at 8:45 am.
- Must have a non-judgmental and caring attitude toward clients' homes and mental health, and pride in your work.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and successfully complete a training period (3 weeks) and probation (13 weeks).
- Excellent skills in prioritizing tasks, staying organized, and adapting to changing daily schedules.
- Physical abilities to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 40 lbs, have excellent posture and mobility for frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling, and have great endurance for standing/walking for multiple hours and repetitive motion.
Competitive Pay & Growth:
- Starting at $16.00/hour (Trainee Level), with the ability to advance to Technician status. Our merit-based system allows you to earn up to 43% of the home rate based on productivity and satisfaction scores.
- Eligible employees can earn up to 5% in additional bonuses based on stats each week (1% for perfect attendance, 2% for customer satisfaction, and 2% for productivity).
Work Hours:
- Hours begin on a casual/on-call basis and are not guaranteed to start, but will progress to part-time (averaging 20+ hours/week) as the company grows.
- Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, with limited, optional shifts on weekends and evenings.
