Why This Role Stands Out
This is a B2C inbound sales role focused primarily on phone sales.
Unlike many sales roles, there is no cold calling. Our team works exclusively with hot leads — customers who have already reached out to us, requested a quote, or asked to be contacted. As a company, we receive 7,000–8,000+ leads per month, giving our sales team a strong flow of real opportunities.
That means your role is to:
- bring energy,
- build trust,
- guide the customer,
- and close the sale.
We are looking for closers. People who know how to take control of the conversation, create urgency, handle objections, and convert interest into booked business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with inbound leads and warm follow-ups over the phone
- Assisting customers who have requested quotes and moving information
- Recommending the best moving solutions based on customer needs
- Building value, handling objections, and closing bookings
- Setting up estimates and reservations for multiple company locations
- Delivering a professional, confident, and high-energy customer experience
- Following our proven sales process and continuously improving performance
- Contributing to a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance

Qualifications
- Full-time availability to work 40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday
- Strong written and spoken English
- B2C sales experience is required
- Telephone sales experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- French and/or Spanish is an asset
Important Requirement
This role is 90% phone sales and 10% customer service.
Please do not apply if you do not have previous telephone sales or B2C sales experience, as this is a minimum requirement for consideration.
