Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional guest experience through attentive, friendly, and professional service

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Boston Pizza standards

Keep the bar stocked, organized, and clean, following AHS & AGLC safety guidelines

Create and suggest innovative cocktails and beverage ideas.

Engage with guests, share promotions, and upsell to enhance their dining experience

Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery

Collaborate with FOH team, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly

Assist with bar prep, restocking, and inventory duties

Maintain cleanliness of bar, lounge, and dining areas by following daily/weekly cleaning checklists

Follow all company policies, food safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
Qualifications:

ProServe Certification (Alberta) – required
-
Previous bartending or serving experience, preferred Boston Pizza experience.

Strong guest service and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
