Your Impact:

Act as the primary liaison, building trust and managing the service journey for our customers.

Utilize our state-of-the-art Dealer Management System (DMS) to write detailed work orders and manage service recommendations.

Proactively communicate with customers through various mediums, providing updates at every stage of their vehicle's service.

Collaborate with technicians, administrators, and management to ensure workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Review completed work with customers at checkout, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.

A valid driver’s license.
