Accounts Payable Administrator
Waterloo Manufacturing is a Boiler Sales and Service Company with the admin office based in Waterloo.
We are currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our admin team. Responsibilities of the role include issuing purchase orders, processing invoices and payments, corresponding in a timely manner with other departments and maintaining an Accounts Payable filing system. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, be extremely detail oriented and provide exceptional Customer Service.
Education & Training
Post-Secondary Qualification in Accounting Finance, or related disciplines
Intermediate level in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Experience
Minimum 10 years in a similar role
Knowledge of Spire Accounting would be an asset

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
