We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced dining environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures to meet safety and quality standards
- Manage team members through interviewing, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure proper food safety practices are followed in compliance with health regulations
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately
- Lead team management efforts including supervising staff during shifts and resolving customer concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas in accordance with sanitation standards
- Assist in food industry-related tasks such as serving, hospitality management, and kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed
- Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant industry
- Extensive restaurant experience including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food safety protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in high-pressure environments
- Background in hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required
- Previous experience with restaurant management, interviewing staff, and customer service excellence is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food industry regulations, food safety standards, and kitchen operations is essential

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
