Job Summary

Duties
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized cleaning equipment to perform furnace maintenance and carpet cleaning tasks effectively
- Conduct thorough cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and flooring using appropriate commercial cleaning techniques and solutions
- Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks such as inspecting equipment, replacing filters, and ensuring safety standards are met
- Manage heavy lifting requirements when moving furniture, appliances, or large equipment during cleaning processes
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including service logs and inspection reports
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and explain the cleaning procedures
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after each job
Requirements
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during cleaning tasks
- Strong time management skills to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to reach various job sites as needed

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
