T. Moscone & Bros. Landscaping is the leading commercial landscaping company in British Columbia and has been in business since 1948. We build and maintain job sites throughout the Lower Mainland.
We are seeking EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPERS / LABOURERS to join our growing Landscape Construction team!
Duties/Responsibilities: (will vary depending on position hired for)
- Assist supervisor to coordinate projects from start to finish
- Oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budgets
- Manage project schedules and coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Perform accurate take offs and order materials
Requirements: (for experienced positions only - not labourers)
- Ability to operate a Skid-steer, Mini Excavator and Backhoe
- 5 years landscaping experience
- A strong understanding and general knowledge of landscape drawings
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team of 4 people
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's licence
Compensation:
- Negotiable Hourly wage based on experience ($24 - $32/hour)
