Duties
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit
- Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track progress and follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for business development
- Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and offering appropriate solutions
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of achieving targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
- Strong business development capabilities with the ability to build strategic partnerships
- Proficiency in account management and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and customer insights for strategic planning
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to sales growth is advantageous
- Technical sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or related industries
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
