Marketing Coordinator — Web, Video & Brand
We're hiring a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to help build and run our brand across content, web, design, and events. This is a role for a capable creative who can take a project and own it start to finish — someone who already knows their way around the tools and doesn't need hand-holding to ship good work.
What you'll do:
- Content & Video: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and simple brand clips.
- Web Upkeep: Manage and refresh our site using a no-code CMS (WordPress, Wix, or Shopify).
- Design & Branding: Produce polished digital and print assets — flyers, business cards, decks — on-brand and ready to use.
- Events: Help plan and execute company events, webinars, and pop-ups, from logistics to day-of.
- Digital: Run email campaigns and coordinate social scheduling.
What we're looking for:
- A portfolio that shows you can do this work
- Confidence across video, design, and web — and the judgment to prioritize without being told how
- Someone who brings ideas and gets things done with minimal oversight
Compensation: $40-50,000
In office position - 1746 Bedford Highway Unit 102
Monday-Friday with some weekends for content filming.
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
