Concord Homes is seeking Carpenter Labours. We are an award winning custom home builder in the Kingston and surrounding area looking for you to join our team.
Knowledge of interior/exterior framing of new builds and aspects of building residential construction and/or home renovations. Pay will be based on previous experience with the opportunity for advancement. ICF Foundations and Finish Carpentry skills considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and organize all materials, tools and products.
· Must be professional and provide positive and courteous customer service to clients.
· Possess excellent communication skills and has the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Submit weekly paperwork accurately on time, complete and neat.
· Follow and lead by example all health and safety policies and procedures.
· Maintain a clean and non-cluttered workplace as well as company vehicles.
Qualifications:
· Good mathematical and measurement skills.
· Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
· Professional appearance.
· Ability to work with others or independently.
· Able to work full time with a flexible schedule.
· Working at Heights Certificate.
· Lifting of tools, supplies and materials of 50 lbs or more
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
