We are seeking a talented and personable Eyelash Specialist to join our beauty team. This role involves providing expert eyelash extension services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Duties
- Perform high-quality eyelash LIFT AND TINT applications tailored to each client's desired look and eye shape
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage retail sales of eyelash products and aftercare items, upselling where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
- Educate clients on proper eyelash care and maintenance to ensure long-lasting results
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Experience
- Proven experience applying eyelash extensions with a portfolio of work or certification from a reputable training program
- Atleast 1-2 years of experience as a lash tech
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients
- Previous front desk or reception experience is a plus but not required
- Outstanding communication skills to explain procedures, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations confidently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and precision
