Duties
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Take and develop digital radiographs (X-rays) to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
- Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and treatments with efficiency and professionalism
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software such as Tracker
- Uphold strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist with current credentials in good standing
