- Maintain an organized checkout area, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in product demonstrations and provide information about promotions or sales.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation during peak hours.
- Uphold company policies regarding returns, exchanges, and customer service standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in Drive Thru window and customer service is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with a diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette is a plus, as you may be required to assist customers over the phone.
