Duties
- Perform body waxing, facials, and other skincare treatments with precision and care
- Provide professional nail care services including manicures and pedicures
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatment areas
- Offer excellent customer service by understanding client needs and providing personalized recommendations
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a relaxing and satisfying experience
- Assist with retail sales of skincare products and beauty supplies
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked for daily operations
Experience
- Proven experience as an aesthetician or skincare specialist preferred
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques and best practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and retail options
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols in a spa or salon environment
- Experience in nail care services is a plus
- Ability to upsell services and retail products effectively to meet client needs
Pay: $15.00-$80.00 per hour
