Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities across territories, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise and a keen understanding of customer relationship management. This role combines travelling for road from Saskatchewan to British Columbia, including the Northwest Territories, with inside sales and office responsibilities, offering a diverse and impactful opportunity to shape the future of our business. (Calgary Alberta & Burnaby BC)
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with suppliers for training, support, and referral opportunities to strengthen market presence and knowledge.
- Enhance internal procedures for handling inquiries, quotations, presentations, and proactive sales contact programs.
- Utilize our software, including ACT, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Coordinate project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of services/products.
- Motivate and work closely with the sales team and branch employees to enhance overall business performance.
- Participation in industry events and trade shows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $68,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
