Location: Mississauga – Work from home and in office
Salary: $45,000/year+ depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, assess, and place candidates in suitable job opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Coordinate interviews and provide performance coaching
- Conduct candidate follow-ups and reference checks

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate, positive, and results-driven mindset
- Background in customer service, retail management, HR, or sales is an asset
- Bilingual in French and English both written and verbal
