We are presently looking to hire Experienced Leasing Representatives that specializes in Residential leasing.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Correspondence and follow-up with leads
- Conduct property tours including interior and exterior amenities
- Check e-mails, correspondence, faxes and respond within 24 hours
- Serve as primary point of contact addressing all client issues, inquiries and resolve concerns
- Developing and maintain relationships with tenants, our team, building personnel and realtors
- Prepare and/or review all paperwork and contracts for leasing (if required)
- Arranging key exchange with tenants and obtaining various records including Insurance Certificates, utilities set-up & contact information (if required)
- Reporting
- Any other job-related duties and/or projects that may be assigned
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Qualifications:
- College/University Diploma preferred
- 2+ years related leasing/sales experience
- Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient with Office
- Knowledge of Yardi, PowerBI, RentSync, RentCafe and Rhenti an asset
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Remuneration is salary $50k-$65k plus commission based on experience
