Cross-Enterprise Leadership (CEL) is a multi-disciplinary course designed to enhance your leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
The fall and winter module emphasize a holistic approach to leadership, particularly in decision-making that goes beyond traditional functional silos. It acknowledges that leaders’ decisions and behaviours affect and require cooperation of multiple divisions or functions of an organization. These actions frequently have far-reaching ramifications, impacting not only all employees but also the wider society or the environment in which the company operates.
CEL also acknowledges that leaders operate within a network of interconnected entities and stakeholders, while facing complex business issues. CEL sharpens your ability to navigate ambiguity and anticipate rapid changes. It broadens your influence skills to consider outcomes across various organizational boundaries. As cross-enterprise leaders, you will analyze multiple goals, assess trade-offs, embody values, and envision longer time horizons in your decision-making processes.
