Job Summary
Vape Loft is seeking friendly, motivated, and customer-oriented sales associates to join our team. As a key member of our retail environment, you will provide exceptional service to customers, assist with product selection, and create a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for vaping products, and the ability to connect with diverse clientele. Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly valued to better serve our community.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding vaping products and accessories
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure an inviting shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and safety guidelines
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Promote ongoing sales and special promotions to enhance customer engagement
- Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of vaping products or related industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
