Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the office runs efficiently.
Duties
- Coordinate the daily operations of the office.
- Welcome visitors and provide professional reception services.
- Manage incoming telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and hard copy.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, boardrooms, and company events.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate courier services, mail distribution, and deliveries.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files
- Provide support to employees for payroll, benefits and other HR matters- Maintain a clean and organized office environmen
Experience
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with human resources procedures
- Knowledge of Jobber software
- Bilingual
