Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads Media Buyer to join our performance-driven marketing team. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and obsessed with data. You know how to build, launch, and scale profitable Facebook & Instagram campaigns — and you can turn insights into action fast.
Duties
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns across ASC, ABO, CBO, retargeting, and advanced funnel architectures.
- Conduct daily optimizations: budget shifts, audience testing, creative rotations, and algorithmic alignment.
- Manage Pixel/Conversions API integrations, tracking accuracy, and attribution across platforms.
- Analyze performance using Ads Manager, GA4, and internal dashboards to identify winners, inefficiencies, and scaling opportunities.
- Maintain strong KPI performance: CPA/CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPM, landing page metrics, and creative engagement signals.
Creative Strategy (Meta-Specific)
- Lead creative testing strategy — hooks, angles, ad concepts, formats, and iterative variations.
- Brief designers/editors with highly specific creative direction based on platform-level insights.
- Develop data-backed hypotheses for new creatives and run structured test cycles (hook → angle → CTA → format).
- Review ad performance at a granular level: thumb-stop rate, watch time, CTR link vs. all clicks, share/comment patterns, etc.
- Identify emerging trends in Meta creatives (short-form UGC, static iterations, problem-solution, testimonial variants, etc.).
- Build a constant pipeline of new creatives that support testing, scaling, and fatigue management.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, managing $10k–$100k+/month.
- Deep understanding of Meta’s creative-first delivery system and how creative affects scale.
- Proven track record of testing and iterating creatives to hit KPIs and unlock scale.
- Strong ability to analyze creative metrics and turn them into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with Meta tracking setup (Pixel, CAPI, custom conversions, events).
- Highly analytical: Excel/Sheets, A/B testing frameworks, audience segmentation.
- Experience collaborating with content creators, editors, and design teams.
- Ability to communicate creative direction clearly and efficiently.
- Bonus: Experience in beauty, skincare, medspa, e-commerce, or performance creative agencies.
