Provide day-to-day client management and account maintenance for Personal Lines accounts; act as a primary point of contact and maintain strong client and insurer relationships.
Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, payments, and general inquiries.
Review and assess coverage needs, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities as client needs evolve.
Initiate, negotiate, and process policy renewals.
Prepare and issue confirmations of insurance.
Manage claims submissions and advocate for clients throughout the claims process.
Respond to incoming phone calls and online quote requests.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve individual sales targets in alignment with company goals.
