Our team is growing; we are currently recruiting for an Earthworks Coordinator to join our Project Execution team. This role will operate on a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off on a project site in Northern BC.
Coordinate day-to-day earthworks activities, including bulk excavation, grading, haulage, and embankment works, in alignment with the approved construction plan
Manages scope, cost, and schedule for assigned earthworks packages, ensuring change management processes are applied and documented
Coordinates subcontractors and supplies, monitoring progress, quality and productivity, and escalating performance or resourcing issues as required
Track earthworks quantities, costs, and schedule performance, analysing trends and supporting forecasting activities

Salary range: $60 - 90/hr
