Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and professional Greeter/1st Point of Contact to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at our banquet hall, creating a positive and welcoming first impression.
Responsibilities:
* Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
* Assist guests with check-in
* Direct guests to their designated areas.
* Answer guest inquiries and provide directions.
* Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
* Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
* Work effectively as part of a team.
* May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in a customer service role preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the hospitality industry.
* Knowledge of event planning or coordination.
