Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist in meal preparation and presentation, ensuring all dishes are visually appealing.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to the kitchen manager.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting.
