Who We’re Looking For
We’re not just hiring a “helper.”We’re looking for someone who wants to learn real skills and grow into a well-rounded contractor.
You don’t need years of experience—but you do need:
- Strong work ethic
- Reliability (show up on time, every time)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Positive attitude on job sites
- Basic tool familiarity (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation (required – job sites change across Ottawa)
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work directly alongside an experienced contractor and gain hands-on experience in multiple areas, including:
- Demolition and site preparation
- Drywall installation and repair
- Painting and finishing
- Cabinet and fixture installation
- Flooring installation (tile, hardwood, vinyl)
- Door and window installs
- Trim and finishing work
- Deck building and exterior projects
- Job site organization and cleanup
As your skills improve, you’ll take on more responsibility and more advanced work.

Compensation
