At DesignTIME Solutions, we're building Stackd, an all-in-one practice management platform designed specifically for engineering and architecture firms. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to help expand our reach, strengthen industry relationships, and share our story with engineering and architecture firms.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety. One day you might be coordinating a conference, the next you're creating a client success story, updating our website, preparing marketing materials, or helping organize a presentation. What You'll Do
As our Marketing & Business Development Coordinator, you'll play an important role in growing Stackd and supporting our sales and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating conferences, trade shows, presentation material, and client events
- Building relationships with clients, industry partners, and professional associations
- Developing client testimonials, case studies, and success stories
- Creating marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and sales collateral
- Managing and improving our website content and SEO/AIO
- Assisting with HubSpot CRM, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns
- Producing educational content including product videos, user guides, newsletters, and feature announcements
- Supporting business development initiatives and strategic partnerships
- Maintaining a consistent brand across all company communications
- Identifying opportunities to increase awareness of Stackd within the engineering and architecture industry
- Creating and scheduling social media content that supports our broader marketing and business development strategy
About You

Experience with any of the following would be considered an asset:
- HubSpot CRM
- WordPress
- Canva or Figma
- Event planning and coordination
- Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, clients, and third-party organizations
- Graphic design
- Video editing
- Copywriting
- SEO/AIO and website content management
- LinkedIn marketing

Position Details
- Full-time, permanent
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
- Compensation: $52,000-$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience
- Based in Prince George, BC
- Start Date: September 1, 2026
