Job Summary
The Business Transient (BT) Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing corporate transient accounts to achieve hotel revenue goals. This role focuses on securing negotiated corporate rates, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers, and driving room night production during weekday business demand periods.

The Salary Range for the position will be CA$ 75,000 - 85,000.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in corporate or transient sales.
- Experience with major RFP platforms (e.g., Lanyon, Cvent) preferred.
- Strong understanding of hotel revenue management principles.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close business.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of organization and time management.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive.
- Familiarity with hotel systems (Delphi, Opera, or similar PMS/CRM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Daily Tasks:
Performance Metrics (KPI's):
- Room night production from corporate accounts
- Average Daily Rate (ADR) growth
- Account retention and portfolio growth
- RFP conversion rates
- New account acquisition
Working Conditions:
- Frequent local travel for client meetings, networking events, and site tours
- Occasional evening/weekend commitments for client engagement
