Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare, body treatments, and beauty services to enhance our clients’ appearance and confidence. This role requires a professional with excellent customer service skills, a passion for beauty, and a commitment to sanitation and safety standards. The Esthetician will also engage in retail sales, product demos, and guest services to ensure a memorable experience for each client.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application
- Provide professional advice on skincare routines and product recommendations
- Conduct retail sales and promote skincare products through upselling and product demos
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatments and work areas
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and managing client records
- Offer additional beauty services such as nail care or hair styling as needed
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and new treatments to foster loyalty
Experience
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar beauty or skincare role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in a spa or salon setting
- Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations
- Familiarity with body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and other esthetician services is preferred
- Background in hospitality or guest services is a plus for creating an inviting client experience
- Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Pay: $17.85-$44.52 per hour
