Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable <PERSON>/construction worker to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of construction tasks to support residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple aspects of construction, including carpentry, masonry, roofing, and finishing work. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a dynamic environment are essential for success in this position.
Duties
- Conduct roofing, siding, and exterior restoration activities to improve building durability and appearance
- Install flooring, tile laying, and other finishing components with precision
- Use hand tools and power tools safely for various construction activities including caulking, assembly, and repairs
- Execute heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining proper posture and technique
- Follow safety protocols to identify potential hazards and maintain a safe working environment at all times
Skills
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for diverse construction tasks
- Knowledge of carpentry, woodworking, cabinetry installation, and general construction painting
- Strong background in restoration projects and handyman skills for diverse repair needs
- Capable of heavy lifting and working on elevated or hard-to-reach areas safely
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately while working independently when required
