Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Associate:
- Engage with customers and prospective clients through professional and personalized communication
- Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and creating positive customer experiences
- Explain products and services clearly and confidently while helping customers feel comfortable in their decisions
- Support customers throughout the process while maintaining professionalism and strong service standards
- Help create long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business through attentive, solution-focused interactions
- Continue developing communication skills, product knowledge, and industry understanding through ongoing coaching and mentorship

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, communications, hospitality, sales, retail, or another people-focused environment is considered an asset, but not required
- Full-time availability, including weekends and some holidays
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle are strong assets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable speaking with a wide range of people in customer-facing environments
