Estimator / Project Coordinator Join a well-established construction company with over 37 years of success in the industry. We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside a senior estimator, with the potential to advance into a senior estimating role in the future. Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience estimating: o Custom and production homes o Residential additions and renovations o Small commercial projects up to $5 million Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project costs Drafting (Cad) experience for small projects Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication and organizational skills Fluent in English (written and verbal) Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office, Excel and Word Field construction experience with surveying and building layout is considered a significant asset.
