Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to every guest.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle cash and POS transactions.
- Work efficiently as part of a team during busy shifts.
- Follow Smart Serve and all health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous bartending or serving experience is an asset.
- Valid Smart Serve Certification (required).
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Able to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
