Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Skilled Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves performing a variety of hands-on tasks across different phases of construction projects, requiring a strong understanding of building techniques, safety protocols, and the use of various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will be capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Assist with home builds, additions, decks, roofs and restoration projects
- Support site leader and crew members
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Experience
- Proven experience in construction
- Prior experience working with hand tools, power tools, and construction materials is essential
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites is required
