Customer Loader – Lumber Yard
Skip the Gym. Get Paid to Work Out.
Do you love staying active? Would you rather spend your day moving, lifting, and getting things done than sitting behind a desk? If you're the type of person who enjoys physical work, fresh air, and helping people, this could be the perfect fit.
We're looking for energetic, hardworking Yard Workers to join our team. This isn't your typical job—it's a chance to get paid for what most people pay gym memberships for. You'll be moving lumber, building customer orders, operating equipment, and helping customers get the materials they need to build everything from decks and garages to dream homes.
Every day is different. One minute you're loading a contractor's truck, the next you're operating equipment, organizing inventory, or helping a customer find exactly what they need. If you enjoy staying busy, working with a great crew, and seeing the results of your hard work, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Get Paid to Stay Strong
- Load and unload lumber, building materials, and other products.
- Build customer orders and prepare deliveries.
- Move inventory safely and efficiently throughout the yard.
- Restock lumber bins, sheds, and storage areas.

Help Customers Build Their Projects
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Help customers locate materials and load their purchases.
- Offer product information and practical solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns or connect them with the right team member.
- Look for opportunities to recommend additional products and services that help customers complete their projects.

- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
Keep the Yard Looking Great
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional yard.
- Keep inventory neat, accessible, and accurately stored.
- Ensure products leaving the yard have been properly invoiced.
- Help prevent loss and protect company assets.
Be Part of a Winning Team
- Work alongside a hardworking crew that supports each other.
- Help train and mentor new team members.
- Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, safety, customer service, and teamwork.
- Take on special projects and new challenges as they arise.

- A strong communicator and team player.
- Alert, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Why You'll Love Working Here
- Get paid to stay active and build strength.
- Work outdoors instead of being stuck inside all day.
- Join a team that works hard, supports one another, and has fun doing it.
