About Us
Space Race Cannabis is a Canadian cannabis LP with a bold presence in retailers across the country. We're passionate about the plant, the people who sell it, and the communities we serve. We're now expanding our portfolio with the launch of our newest brand, Violet Tourist, a more refined, exploratory cannabis experience, and we're building a national team of Brand Ambassadors to bring both to life on the ground.
About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent Space Race Cannabis and Violet Tourist in your territory, visiting cannabis retailers, building relationships with budtenders and store staff, distributing swag, and delivering brand education on both product lines. You'll work alongside Territory Sales Managers in your region, making sure every retailer has what they need. This is a collaborative role with a lot of independence.
This is a road-first role. Your office is your car. Every day looks like driving your territory, walking into stores, and building real relationships with the people who sell our brands. If you're someone who'd rather be out in the world than sitting behind a desk, you'll fit right in here. We're a growing company with room for the right people to grow with us.
What You'll Be Doing
- Driving your territory and visiting cannabis retailers daily
- Building relationships with budtenders and store staff
- Delivering brand education on Space Race Cannabis and Violet Tourist
- Distributing swag and branded materials
- Hosting in-store pop-up events
- Reporting to your manager and maintaining weekly performance targets
What We're Looking For
- Genuine passion for cannabis and the industry
- Strong interpersonal skills; you're a natural with people
- Self-starter mentality; you own your day and hit your numbers
- Reliable, organized, and accountable
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Cannabis industry knowledge, experience, or certification is an asset
Compensation & Perks
- $40,000 annualized salary
- Gas and transportation allowance
