Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial and Residential Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming interior and exterior surfaces across a variety of projects, including commercial buildings, residential homes, and restoration sites. Responsibilities;
- Execute painting tasks on both commercial and residential properties using hand tools, power tools, brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Apply various coatings including concrete and masonry stains, restoration finishes, and specialty coatings for different surfaces and environments.
- Proven construction experience with a focus on commercial and residential painting projects. Working exterior with the required safety certifications. Working at Heights, WHMIS, Boom Lift certifications
- Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects
- Knowledge of safety standards related to construction painting, industrial coatings, and the use of personal protective equipment.
- Must have a driver's license and can be insured as you will be required to operate a company vehicle.
Your expertise will help elevate spaces through precise painting techniques while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction every step of the way.
Rates will depend on experience provided and qualifications. All tools are provided.
Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
