Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational standards.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during shifts.
- Collaborate with other management team members to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
Skills
- Strong team management abilities with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
