Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert chiropractic care to patients, focusing on pain relief, injury prevention, and overall wellness. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of musculoskeletal health. The Chiropractor will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that promote healing and improve quality of life.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing chiropractic techniques and therapies
- Perform spinal adjustments and other manual therapies to alleviate pain and restore mobility
- Educate patients on posture, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing health
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal results
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Stay current with advancements in chiropractic care through continuous education and professional development
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
- Valid license and professional liability insurance to practice chiropractic care in Ontario
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, spinal health, posture correction, and pain management
- Experience in chiropractic assessments, manual adjustments, rehabilitation exercises, and patient care preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build patient trust and comfort
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary wellness clinic
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, documentation, and treatment planning
- Experience working with MVA, WSIB, sports injuries, and extended health insurance patients is considered an asset

Pay: $51,603.39-$155,636.62 per year
