What you should expect:
- Hunting for new business via calls, emails, offers, and face-to-face visits.
- Reactivating dormant and underachieving customers.
- Strategic business development plan for key accounts to grow wallet share.
- Establishing key relationships and developing long-term connections with customers.
- Making strategic offers to customers based on their needs and historical product usage.
- The key aspect of this role is focused on hunting. That will be in prospects, dormant and underachieving accounts.
- Key KPIs will be focused on onboarding new key accounts, reactivation and growth.
- Quoting and confirming stock.
- Creation of sales orders including delivering a timeline to customers.
- Treating your territory as your own business.
What you should bring:
- 5+ years in industrial or transactional sales.
- Proven track record of hunting and developing new business, through onboarding and growth of accounts.
- Proven track record and performance in KPI’s and quotas.
- Excellent business communication skills, in both English & French.
- Passionate about sales, development, and a strong desire for learning.
- Team player, and willing to support others.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
