Property: Accepting applications for Prince of Wales (Niagara-on-the-Lake) and Inn on the Twenty (Jordan Station)
This posting is for an existing vacancy within Lais Hotel Properties Limited.
What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for preparing menu items specific to pastry based on the menu requirements daily
- Assisting Team Members when required to meet the cooking requirements
- Ensures the rotation of food stocks and performs inventory control function
- Checks the kitchen function sheets daily to ensure that the food items are available and that special item menu requirements are attainable
What you'll bring to the Team:
- 2-3+ years culinary experience (with a focus on pastry) in a fine dining establishment preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Current Safe Food Handler’s Certificate
- Reliable transportation to Niagara on the Lake
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends & holidays
