Automotive Sales Associates
Tarrabain Motors is looking for hard-working motivated person to join our sales team! If you enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for the automotive industry, then you are the person we are looking for. We will train you to be successful in the automotive industry. You will be provided with the tools needed to support our customers’ needs and to exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. Your goal will be to create the best vehicle-buying experience and create lifelong customers. Your role will be to present vehicles, both their features and their benefits. You will be expected to do timely follow ups and after-sales support. You would be responsible for basic lot and inventory maintenance. You will be instrumental in maintaining and staying in contact with a large customer base. Sales Associates also deal with internet leads as well as social media and lead management in sales.
This role provides hands-on training, and the opportunity to learn and grow with our dealership.
Salary based on experience. Commission based salary with unlimited income potential.
Requirements:
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred
- Valid Alberta Driver's License
- AMVIC License eligibility
- Personal vehicle
- Experience at a dealership a plus
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base highly regarded
